Under the Silent Streets is my first and most serious project. Mostly abstract and ambient in nature, it's me getting a feel for producing serious music. I'll be the first to admit that parts of it are sketchy, but it's also turning out more or less as I want it to. With time, practice and education, I hope to improve slowly on the quality until I have finished the entire work.

The motivation/story behind Under the Silent Streets is my many late night wanderings about the quiet streets of the towns I have lived in, the people I've taken with me or met, the experiences we've had and just the entire atmosphere of a town or city after most of its denizens have taken to their homes. It's about my explorations through the forgotten backalleys, of sleeping in gardens or under train bridges, of stumbling around in a drug induced introspection or searching for romance through nervous midnight walks. It's about, to me, the most honest and revealing moments of my own history."
